B2B usage declaration / entrepreneur confirmation

1. Business (B2B) use only

The “focus:Revit” offering is directed exclusively at entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 14 BGB (German Civil Code) and at persons who, when entering into the contract, act in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity.

2. User confirmation

By installing, registering, activating a trial, taking out a subscription or otherwise using the software, the user confirms that they are not acting as a consumer within the meaning of § 13 BGB.

3. Acting on behalf of a business

Where the user acts on behalf of a company, office, firm, practice or other organization, they additionally confirm that they are authorized to do so.

4. Provider's right to verify

The provider is entitled to request suitable evidence of entrepreneur status, in particular company details, website, the order email domain, VAT ID or comparable information. Until this is clarified, the provision or use of the software may be refused, restricted or blocked.

5. Consequences of incorrect statements

If it subsequently turns out that the software was used as a consumer contrary to this declaration, or that incorrect information was provided, the provider is entitled to block trial access and licenses and to terminate contracts for cause. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
