Terms of Use

1. Right of use

By taking out a subscription you receive a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the focus:Revit add-ins for the number of booked licenses (seats) within your organization.

2. Prohibited use

You are not permitted to:

• copy, decompile or reverse-engineer the software
• pass on or sell licenses to third parties
• use the software for more users than licenses booked
• circumvent security mechanisms

3. Device registration

Using the add-ins requires device authentication. Each license can be used on a defined number of devices. Registered devices can be managed via the customer portal.

4. Availability

We aim for a service availability of 99.5% but cannot guarantee it. Planned maintenance is announced in advance.

5. Updates

As part of the subscription we provide regular updates and bug fixes. Compatibility with future versions of Autodesk Revit cannot be guaranteed.

6. Intellectual property

All rights to the software, including all copyrights and other intellectual property rights, remain with focus:BIM GmbH. These terms of use grant no ownership rights to the software.

7. Changes

We reserve the right to amend these terms of use with 30 days' advance notice. Continued use after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
